Virgo Baking powder when used in dough forms the best velvety texture, volume, and lightness. Keep in a dry place. Never put a wet spoon in the jar of baking powder. Sodium Bicarbonate, sodium Aluminium Sulfate, Wheat Flour Use 10g of Virgo baking powder for 450g of flour. Mix thoroughly with the flour in a dry state by sifting the flour and baking powder together two or three times.
