A pure fine onion powder processed from superior strains of dehydrated white onions. The flavor of this product is verysimilar in characteristics to garlic, but is much milder and much sweeter.Uses: Use wherever a fresh onion flavor is desired or when a true onion flavor is needed without the actual onion appearance or texture.
